Process
Prefabrication encourages a proactive approach to problem solving throughout the construction processs. Our entire team, from drafting to purchasing to project management, works diligently to create a prefabrication plan at the beginning of every project. This fabrication plan is modified based on coordination with other trades, the architect and engineer, the owner, and/or the construction manager. The final plan maintains flexibiity to allow for necessary changes and is modifiable until the fabrications are installed on site.
Quality Assurance
We have invested in our infrastructure to create the premier metal and pipe fabrication facility in central Ohio. We are able to leverage this facility on our projects by fabricating equipment skids, large pipe spools, duct work, and any other specialty metal installations in a controlled enviornment, ensuring the highest level of quality control throughout the process. The end result is confidence in a final product that maintains the highest standards.
