We offer a qualified and experienced team to provide preconstruction services, including peer reviewed Value Engineering, Design Review, 3 Dimensional Coordination Drafting, Primavera Scheduling, and timely and accurate estimating. We understand the fast track nature of the Design Build/Assist process, and are able to scale our resources to meet your schedule. Our goal is to assist the owner and design team reach a constructible set of documents that is within budget as soon as possible.
Experience
We have a team of experienced Project Managers, Draftsmen, and Engineers who have successfully worked together on past multi-million dollar Design Build and Design Assist projects. These team members are familiar with the process and are available to collaborate in house and with the design team. This team extends into the field with our experienced Supervisors who input their feedback throughout the process.
Communication
We realize that the success of this process depends on the successful communication between the design team and our team. Our preconstruction team will remain available throughout the process for coordination meetings and conference calls to provide estimates, cost and schedule impacts, design reviews, and coordination drawings. We have an IT department that is dedicated to rapidly sharing large amounts of information both externally and internally to ensure the quick turn around of essential documents, including updated coordination models.
